The majority of the systems we program are custom
applications. We develop the program to interface with the
equipment and provide the control you need. Then during
start-up, we will work with your personnel to validate the
system. The same personnel that designed and programmed your
system will be on site to startup and debug the system.
OEM Programming
We can design a program for your equipment. The program can be
designed with features that can be enabled or disabled. In some
cases we can use the same program to work with different models of
equipment and only enable the appropriate sections of the
equipment.
Documentation
Programs are always fully documented. Every item in the
program will have a detailed name. Sections of the program will
be labeled with descriptions and information. Our desire is to
provide you with a program that will be easy to maintain by your
personnel, our personnel, or anyone else of your choosing. Our
focus is long term. We hope you will have us back, because you
like the quality of our work, not because your system is being held
hostage and we are the only ones with the information to work on it.
Training
After the installation we will train the operations personnel on the
new system. After all, a great new system is of no value at all
if the operators cannot operate it. Often the design of the new
system incorporates some items similar to the old system in order to
make this transition smoother. We will also go over the system
with your maintenance personnel to help familiarize them with the new
system.
