the problems can be hard to locate and diagnose. If you have
problems on systems that we have programmed we can usually work with
your technicians or maintenance people over the phone.
Technical Support Services
Green Light Controls can provide technical support services,
providing you with the technical knowledge to help you resolve
problems or find solutions to you technical production issues.
On Site Modifications
We can make onsite hardware and software modifications to your
systems. We have experience on many brands of PLCs, software
programs, and operator interfaces.
Training
After the installation we will train the operations personnel on the
system. After all, a great new system is of no value at all
if the operators cannot operate it. Often the design of the new
system incorporates some items similar to the old system in order to
make this transition smoother. We will also go over the system
with your maintenance personnel to help familiarize them with the new
system.
